Associate Manager, Oncology Field Force Learning & Development

We are looking for US Oncology Field Force Learning & Development is currently looking for a talented individual who possesses the skills needed to ensure both immediate and long-term success of the US Oncology Field Force Learning & Development Department. The Associate Manager role is a Home Office based position.  The primary responsibility of the Associate Manager is the creation and facilitation of compliant new hire training solutions for the Oncology sales force.  Under the direction of the Associate Director in collaboration with Training Managers and Matrix Partners, the Associate Manager's primary responsibilities include the design, development, delivery and maintenance of all content for new hire training.  In addition, it is expected that they will support departmental training development and delivery as needed.  The Associate Manager is also responsible for developing a blended mix of adult learning to include both live and in-person training as well as virtual/remote training utilizing learning technology.  This position will also address ongoing training needs based on Marketing and Sales direction via POA and launch meetings.  You will work with This position reports an Associate Director who reports to the Head of US Oncology Field Force Learning & Development. In this role, the Associate Manager will ensure Home Office learning activities are aligned to Brand and Sales strategies.  The Associate Manager will work collaboratively across a fast paced and complex matrix organization. Specifically, the Associate Manager will partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Representatives and Managers, Home Office Trainers, Medical, Regulatory and Legal.  Primary responsibilities Plan, develop and deliver curriculum to new hires to the Oncology Sales Force inclusive of selling skills, clinical disease state knowledge, and Business of Oncology. Plan, develop and deliver training curricula at POAs and other National/ Regional/District meetings that align with National, Regional and District strategies. Coordination across the Oncology matrix and cross-functionally ensuring all training materials meet the goals and objectives of the Sales and Marketing teams. Ensure training resources (i.e., materials, workshops) meet all regulatory, legal and compliance requirements for assigned individual projects and initiatives. Partner with Oncology preceptors, Sales Learning colleagues, Sales management, and Marketing management to consistently implement results-focused, performance-based, standardized training and development processes. Potential to work with and/or manage external vendors and internal personnel to ensure the successful design and roll-out of assigned training programs and projects. Assess and analyze the effectiveness of assigned training program and initiatives. Identify and utilize innovative technologies to facilitate adult learning, pull through of training and virtual training capabilities. Achieve and maintain product, disease and business acumen expertise in order to effectively deliver training to Field Force  Develop and maintain knowledge, expertise and insight in adult learning trends and innovative approaches to adult learning  Manage the highly complex execution of training for Immuno-Oncology product and indication launches Qualifications 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience is required Oncology experience is preferred Effective verbal & written communication, facilitation and presentation skills Demonstrated strong product & disease state knowledge Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Proven sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals Problem solving and solutions orient team player Strong business analytics to understand and analyze business and market drivers, develop, execute and adjust business plans Experience operating within a highly complex cross-matrix environment; ability to connect and collaborate with key matrix team members including Marketing, Sales Operations, Commercial Sales, Medical, Legal, and Compliance is preferred Participation and demonstrated success/accomplishment as a new hire Class Advisor or in a Management Development Program is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Point, Excel and Word and other applications Ability to travel for multiple meeting engagements (e.g. Managers Meetings, National Plan of Action Meetings, various Training Initiatives, etc.) R1510507

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
