Lead, Data Stewardship, Customer Master Data Management

Responsibilities: o    Maintains business ownership over strategy and maintenance of Customer Master data and derivative systems  o    Develops and executes vision for customer profile data and systems management from a business process, business operations, and project management perspective worldwide.   o    Translates business strategy into new capability development priorities and collaborates with technical teams on systems upgrades for customer profile data management worldwide to meet current and evolving business needs.  o    Defines and implements operational processes, data standards, and resourcing strategy to maintain quality and consistency of the data to support critical business processes and analytic needs.    o    Manages team of employees and 8+ contractors to: o    Develop and govern standard business rules across customer profile data worldwide, and adjust as needed given market or compliance level nuances.  o    Ensure that issue resolution processes are in place and identify proactive continuous improvement opportunities. o    Formulate data management and governance strategy for all customer profile data and ensure appropriate access and control to the organization.  o    Support PDMA, Project Transparency, and Data Privacy/Protection from a customer profile data perspective o    Identify and evaluate new data purchases across customer types to enhance the quality and completeness of customer profile data and perform/coordinate head to head comparisons as needed. Works with Global Procurement on the acquisition of customer master profile data to meet the needs of the organization.  o    Plan and deliver communications relative to operational support items, ongoing releases, and enhancements to the Customer Master data and application. o    Effectively collaborates with a broad set of business, IT, stewardship services partner, and services providers worldwide to achieve organizational objectives. o    Works with other operations teams to ensure that operational support needs and downstream implications are addressed when developing customer solutions and implementing operational changes. Position Requirements:  o    Minimum of 5+ years in Pharmaceutical industry  o    Minimum of 5+ years of business operations experience and demonstrated experience in data stewardship - preferably customer master data.  o    Minimum of 3+ years of supervisory experience - managing teams across multiple countries.   o    Minimum 3+ years of project management experience managing large, complex customer oriented projects o    Minimum of 3+ years of master data management experience o    Strong command of business and information requirements for master data management o    Demonstrated ability to understand and translate business needs into business system requirements, effectively transforming those requirements into solutions  o    Ability to translate complex concepts and strategy into meaningful communications o    Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 203 and 21 CFR Part 11 as they relate to validation of systems that support regulated processes for the pharmaceutical industry a plus. o    Knowledge of global privacy regulations and data protection requirements.  o    Ability to query and analyze large datasets (millions of records) o    Interpersonal skills and experience in working with individuals from different cultures/countries o    Excellent written and oral communication skills R1511450

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
