Princeton Health is currently searching for a Full?Time, Days, MRI Technician for Princeton Medical Center.

Position Summary: MRI Technologist interprets a physicians script / order, explains procedure to patients, select software options and imaging parameters when adjusting an MRI machine. Views images from a work station and post processes procedure and sends to PACS for Radiologist interpretation. The technologist will assist patients to the MRI suite, position patients on the table for their imaging.


All Princeton Health employees are required to receive an annual influenza vaccine unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.


- Graduate from an approved and accredited School of Radiology

- Current New Jersey licensure/certification as a Radiology Technologist

- ARRT Certified

- MRI Certified

- Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA)

- Through knowledge of cross sectional anatomy

- Excellent clinical, interpersonal and communication skills

- Customer service orientation, teamwork approach and professionalism

- Pushing/Pulling (up to 50 pounds) - Occasionally

- Lifting/Carrying (up to 50 pounds) - Occasionally

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
