Penn Medicine Princeton Health is currently searching for a?Full Time,?Days, Executive Assistant for the Princeton Medical Center, Public/Community Relations Department.

Schedule: The hours of this position are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Position Summary:?The Executive Assistant performs highly responsible and diversified duties for the Vice President of Marketing and Public Affairs and the Chief Financial Officer (?Executives?); provides support to the Board of Trustees and board-level committees with respect to meeting logistics and information/document support; processes agreements and other documentation; provides regular communication with the Executives, staff, and other third parties, as required; undertakes assignments identified from time to time by the Executives; handles routine and non-routine administrative matters exercising good judgment and confidentiality in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.


All Princeton Health employees are required to receive an annual influenza vaccine unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.


-?Associates Degree

-?Five (5) years secretarial experience plus five (5) additional years of experience in marketing or finance in lieu of degree

- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in English, both oral and written

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently as well as in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-?Pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying up to 100 pounds

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
