Responsibilities
The Packaging Specialist will work with a collaborative team of graphic designers and will be responsible for the conceptual development, maintenance, and execution of product labeling artwork.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Assist in the design, development, and approval of product labeling
Coordinate packaging artwork development and changes with product marketing and manufacturing teams
Ensure label branding and contents are consistent across all product lines
Handle multiple projects while working in a complex cross functional environment
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
0-2 years of experience, ideally in the medical or healthcare field
Expert Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Knowledge of Quark Xpress and Adobe FrameMaker
Knowledge of core Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent organizational skills
Aptitude for learning new software and systems
Basic project management skills
Ability to acknowledge issues or problems and work quickly to identify solutions



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
