Sr. Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Analysis of monthly/quarterly revenue and overall P&L results for the company with various comparison points including Budget, latest internal forecast, external guidance and prior year and provide meaningful insight to business and support management decisions
Calculating current and historical run rates to identify trends in the business
Building strong reporting and business partnering relationships with the broader Finance organization
Developing enhanced analytical and modeling techniques for various financial metrics
Providing financial and operational support to evaluate the long-range strategic business plan, periodic reforecasting processes and other ad-hoc projects
Driving process improvements related to forecasting and results analysis
Preparing ad hoc analyses as needed
Oversight and management of staff, including managing priorities and redirecting as needed
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA is preferred
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting roles including Financial Planning and Analysis and/or Budgeting
Systems experience including logic and/or process flow
Strong Excel skills and proven experience in financial modeling
Managing direct reports experience
Detail oriented; strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills in conjunction with the ability to interact with all levels in the organization
Experience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, BPC or TM1 is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
