HEAD OF INTERNATIONAL MARKETS

o Develops, defines and implements the vision for ex-US market analytics in conjunction with key stakeholders and vendors, including proactive proposals for evolving the strategic vision of the model over time.
Geographies include Japan, France, Germany, EMAC and Intercon (select geographies initially) o Partners with other members of the CA leadership team to drive the development, deployment, and management of a world class analytics organization, linking commercial analytics to business implications and informing strategic and tactical decision making; drives change management agenda for markets as appropriateEmbeds innovative commercial analytics tools and capabilities across priority markets and brands, including iO/HEM, CV, RA and HCV/HIV in Japan, France, Germany, EMAC and select Intercon geographies o Ensures adherence to analytical standards across key markets, and promotes analytic best practices across the commercial organization o Drives collaboration and communication with market based business teams to develop and apply cross-functional analytics in support of BMS commercial objectives o Supports the CA Leadership Team to prioritize analytical tactics across functions, therapeutic areas and geographies o Manages a remote and distributed team across markets, shapes the competency model and evolution and provides strategic inputs in building the capabilities across CA; secures contingency planning as appropriate across markets Key Responsibilities and Major Duties o Responsible for reporting, forecasting, customer segmentation, resource allocation, multi-channel analytics and ad-hoc analytics supporting in-market brand leadership, country strategy & operations partners and general managers o Manages application of standards for linking analytics to planning and decision making processes, and supports analytics escalation processes o Provides leadership and oversight for the evaluation, improvement, and enhancement of in market functional capabilities related to Commercial Analytics services.
Including support of innovative data sources o Remains current on new capabilities within the Commercial Analytics landscape, including proactive external benchmarking, evaluating applicability and adaption across international markets Qualifications o Promotes culture of analytics and adherence to standards and methodologies developed within Commercial Analytics across the organization o Develops a deep understanding of business and market priorities, establishing agreed upon analytics deliverables and their respective integration into decision making processes o Effectively collaborates with a broad set of market, business and WWCO leadership counterparts (including GMs, Strategy & Operations Leads, Brand Leadership, CEC, MR, Sales Operations, Medical and Finance) to achieve organizational objectives o Helps create and foster an approach to developing seamless collaborative cross-functional analytics teams/and holistic cross-customer analysis o Collaborates with other CA leaders to ensure the consistent application of team vision across capabilities and services o Manages cross market, cross function and cross brand analytics workload prioritization, leveraging the Analytics Delivery Center and other teams within Commercial Analytics to successfully achieve business objectives o Understands, demonstrates and drives adherence to all BMS operating policies o BA/BS Required; MBA Preferred; Quantitative Field of Study Finance, Economics, Statistics or related fiels; Experience of successfully leading a culturally diverse world wide organization; Ability to interpret market data and implications to business; 10
years experience handling large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets to formulate business decisons.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
