Associate Manager, Sales Operations WEST - Immunoscience

Core Responsibilities:
Supports the Regional Business Director (RBD) on all business related functions including, but not limited to:
Monitors and follows up on region operating issues and activities e.
g.
ad hoc requests from home office and field, etc.
Leads the planning and execution of regional meetings and teleconferences.
Engages matrix team in the development and facilitation of workshops.
Assists RBD in development, communication, implementation and updating of the region business plan.
Tracks the allocation and utilization of resources e.
g.
speakers, programs, Flex A&P, etc.
and regional operations budget, and region adherence to BMS policies and procedures.
Assists RBD with tracking and monitoring region and district performance and execution.
Executes approved tactics & initiatives addressing regional business opportunities including payer pull through.
Serves as a liaison with home office functional areas to troubleshoot regional operations issues.
Tracks regional productivity and performance metrics against goals.
Interprets productivity and performance reports, trends, opportunities and potential business issues and provides recommendation to improve regional sales performance.
Assists RBD with the development and execution of regional communications.
Assists with the execution roll out of approved sales force effectiveness tools, initiatives, technologies.
Communicates resource allocation decisions to regional district business managers.
Communicates formulary status and changes to regional team.
When necessary conducts field contacts and provides coaching to TBMs on selling model and sales competencies as directed by RBD.
Acts as systems training point expert for the Region e.
g.
One Look Specialty (OLS), InterAct, Call Planning Process (IPT), e-Trac, iPlan, Prolifiq, e-Reports, etc.
Assists with new hire on-boarding process as it relates to operational analytical systems and processes.
Supports the RBD and L&D in the identification of training gaps within the region.
In partnership with L&D, coordinates regional training initiatives in support of regional business opportunities gaps.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
At least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, and at least 1 year of other pharmaceutical experience including marketing, sales training or sales operations.
Experience and knowledge of the Immunoscience therapeutics area and market is desired.
Successful experience working with the local sales matrix team to accomplish business objectives.
Strong sales performance track record.
Experience in supporting DBM with on boarding new representatives and assisting with training sales skills and product knowledge.
Understanding of the region BMS matrix team.
Ability to apply customer insight and market industry knowledge to business decision making.
- Skill in interpreting and using business and marketing analytics.
Knowledge and skill in development and execution of local sales plans that support strategic initiatives.
- Knowledge of the sales process and selling skills.
Ability to impact and influence others with no direct reporting relationship.
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
