Requires a Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field, plus at least 5 years of experience (or a Bachelors plus 7 years experience) working in Finance for international businesses. Must include at least two years financial management experience for an international industrial/manufacturing company, plus experience with P/L and Balance Sheet management, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, and SAP modules.
