Maintain accounting records for Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation and/or certain other holding companies.
Assist in the application of XBRL tags to periodic SEC filings in Webfilings, and rolling forward periodic SEC filing reports.
Preparation of supporting documentation relating to certain footnote disclosures.
Assist in the periodic review and analysis of transfer pricing.
Assist in the maintenance and communication of the global standard cost master file.
Assist management in the development and implementation of process improvements.
Communicate with other cross functional teams as needed.
Perform other financial reporting/corporate accounting related duties and projects as assigned.
