The purpose of this job is to coordinate and deliver analysis and reporting in various activities to the divisions, and to provide efficient support to functional management in terms of projects.
Main Tasks Provides on-going analytical support to manage/optimize projects, sales and profitability of products, customer portfolios and segments; Delivers and monitors a performance measurement tool for reporting KPI's to sales force and the Business; Helps the business team focus on key performance levers and formulate plan to improve performance; Conducts ongoing business analysis of data through performance diagnostics and variances; Works closely with Finance, Manufacturing and Logistics, Information Services, and Human Resources to manage reporting analytical requirements and to improve reporting requirements and policies; May manage project resource allocation, according to pre-set rules; May prepares projects with all key data. Key Interaction Business Development Team, Account Managers, Manufacturing Managers, Perfumers, Corporate compliance, etc. SKILLS:
Education Level Bachelor's DegreePrevious Professional Experiences At least 2 years experience in business analysis. Experience in Flavor/Perfumery industry preferred Project management an asset.
