Project Description:Position will support the CORPORATE / BUSINESS & FINANCE SERVICES group's technical efforts related to Automated and Manual Operational needs of the 'Source to Pay' imitative. The candidate must work with all levels of the organization in partnership to identify and resolve process and functional challenges in a timely and responsible way. The role requires a creative, logical thinker who can build 'tasks' within our Automation application, or help in defining a manual process with equal attention and flexibility. The position will also be a key player in managing the mass data related to the S2P Processes throughout the group.

Specific Responsibilities will Include:
o Coordinate all testing needed for new application releases and system changes affecting the client's system integrations and functions throughout the S2P suite.
o Provide subject matter expertise and guidance as liaison to the client's IT in support of requiring application changes to the SAP platform or other client's managed systems.
o Manage user and role-maintenance activities (add, change, delete) across all of the S2P modules.
o Facilitate the platform 'User Access Review' process to comply with the Corporate UAR requirements in partnership with the client's Information Security and the Business Leads in confirming or modifying users/roles assignments in S2P Applications both Primary and Peripheral as required.
o Create / Modify Automation Tasks to facilitate operational support activities throughout the platform including one-off, 'just-in-time' tasks to complete a temporary business process.
o Build / Develop Proof-Of-Concept applets with available tools to help communicate and demonstrate business needs to Management and IT Counterparts for intended S2P Enhancements or ameliorations.
o Provide technical support and training to business team members on available tools and technologies as required.
o Facilitate and improve on all processes related to data management requiring manual interaction and loading into the S2P applications.
o Track issues in Vitalize (or similar tool) to support metrics collection.
o Develop and Deliver regular metrics and end-user requested reports as required and approved by management.
Required Skills:
o Strong technical knowledge of the S2P application platform
o Experience implementing or utilizing a Configuration Management process
o Experience in user administration
o Proven ability to provide Technical Training to Non-Technical persons
o Experience in application maintenance activities
o Experience in Change / Release management for a global application platform
o Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on demand and business needs
o Some form of structured programming experience
o Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suit and VBA
Preferred Skills:
o Knowledge of Task development for Automation Anywhere Enterprise Edition.
o SQL Database experience with both Oracle and MS SQL Server
o Experience creating and consuming Web Services via WSDL
