Ensure alignment of Corporate Marketing Meeting and Travel Services strategy and objectives to overall Integra corporate strategy and key priorities.
Provide strategic leadership for defining and executing the Meeting Planning and Travel Services vision, strategies and objectives
Define, implement, track, analyze and report on key business metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Develop, document, implement and monitor meeting standards, policies and procedures to drive consistency, process simplification, enhanced customer service and cost-savings
Identify the most cost-effective and suitable meeting and event sites/locations based on defined business needs and requirements
Serve as planning resource for high-profile senior management meetings
Lead global process and organizational redesign to create a scalable foundation to support Integra's future growth. Determine team roles and responsibilities to best achieve business objectives. Identify and implement new technology platforms and solutions to enable process optimization and cost savings.
Partner effectively with Law Department Compliance Team to ensure accurate reporting of required HCP travel-related expense information
Oversee and direct the global corporate travel program. Develop, maintain and maximize relationships with global travel agency and key airline, hotel and rental car vendors to maximize value and cost savings. Define and implement key corporate-wide travel and related financial metrics as a basis for driving continuous program improvement. Define and/or revise relevant corporate travel procedures and policies to improve organizational execution.
