Scope:
Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing a variety of recruiting resources and strategies to provide needed talent for the organization.
Partner with HR Directors/Business Partners, hiring managers (including senior leaders and Vice Presidents), external outsourcing partners and agencies to develop TA strategies aligned with position, skill, and long-term requirements of the business, resulting in the achievement of key objectives (e.
g.
time to fill metrics, quality of hire, manager satisfaction).
Key Responsibilities Recruitment focus is on the business (or as assigned).
Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
Core responsibility is to manage open job requisitions, update and manage Success Factors ATS, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments.
Desired Skills and Experience Education:
Bachelor s Degree Required Minimum of 6 years of Human Resources experience and at least 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Preferably in a corporate setting.
Must have a strong attention to detail.
Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.
Ability to build a network across industries to identify future talent.
