Primary Job Tasks and Responsibilities Quickly become knowledgable about Bite Back's services and questions relating to Bite Back that a client may ask.
Ability and willing to do job as needed and accept requests from both management and customers Make sure the gate(s) you came through are all closed and locked on your way into the property and out.
Must be compliant to superiors instructions, requests and company policy.
Must be competent.
Must be teamwork oriented and professionally and promptly communicate with superiors, coworkers and clients at all times.
Must be considerate, respectful and friendly to all clients.
Ensure clients are satisfied.
No selling.
Field technicians provide outdoor pest control service to client's yards.
Visually inspect and treat for Ticks & Mosquitos.
Apply Bite Back's All Natural spray and granular.
Communicate to the client the service expectations, procedures and make recommendations for reducing Tick & Mosquito activity.
Work outdoors during warm conditions for long periods of time.
The ability to carry a 60-pound back pack sprayer for long periods of time through wooded or uneven terrain.
Safely drive company vehicles at all times.
Keep a clean and well-organized service vehicle.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must have a working smartphone.
Other duties as needed.
Education and Experience Experience is a PLUS, but no formal education required.
Bite Back will provide training.
Read, write and speak English proficiently.
Able to calculate liquid measurement.
Key Competencies Exceptional client service skills.
Must be drug free.

Able to work with others and have fun in the process! Working conditions This is a part-time position Monday to Sunday (Morning Shift - Afternoon Shift).
Hours will depend on the season and may change as operational needs dictate.
This position requires the employee to work outdoors and handle safe natural pesticides during the warm summer months.
The technician will also be required to use and carry a 60-pound backpack while wearing comfortable Bite Back attire.
