Project Manager, Supply Chain

Responsibilities The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, management, and execution of Supply Chain projects. The Project Manager will lead a cross-functional team consisting of various leaders from multiple functions. Projects include supply chain strategy, mergers, and acquisitions. The project manager will also manage other key commercial projects as required by the business. Work with resource managers to drive the identification of the skills, duration and effort required for successful project execution. Develop, update, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using appropriate tools. Create and manage timelines for all projects, utilizing organizational resources appropriately. Gather and update project materials, complete budgeting, forecasting, project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned documents. Facilitate and coordinate project team meetings, including meeting agendas, minutes, decisions, and key conclusions and action items. Responsible for delivering projects according to the defined objectives, on time and within budget. Manage the preparation and/or delegation and completion of all required Design Control project documentation while ensuring compliance with all applicable corporate and/or site standard operating procedures. Develop, communicate, and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g., mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance) Assist in preparing project proposals, which may include business assessments, project costs, resource requirements, detailed project timelines, and quality objectives. Lead or participate in project teams responsible for commercial initiatives, including but not limited to:
Integration of acquired businesses. Divestiture of elements of the current business Commercialization of licensed technologies (rebranding, logistics, product launch) Work with functions affected by relabeling implementation to assure that labeling content is implemented in accordance with established regulatory and/or business timelines. Define, manage, and implement programs and projects in a timely and cost-effective manner, assisting overall department objectives to be met annually. Manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously; Identify how best to deploy resources across multiple projects to maximize productivity of overall organization. Manage workflow and implementation across project. Ensure workflow progresses efficiently and projects/staff are organized when priorities shift Manage multiple projects concurrently by Developing Master Schedule and Resource Plan for project. Monitor Master Project Plan Demonstrate strong skills in communicating project management ideas and principles. Provide project presentation to senior management teams as required. Generate detailed project reports (including program charters, Statement of Work, critical path impact, dependencies, milestones, resources, cost, work breakdown structures, etc.) and run project status meetings Prepare presentations to document and communicate progress, findings and outcomes of analysis and projects to internal teams, committees, and senior leadership. Represent project team at meetings, present project proposals and communicate deviations of project relevant parameters (objective, timeline, budget, and risk) as they occur and ensure access to accurate and up-to-date data to senior leadership and line management. Proactively communicate overall project strategy, key issues, and any other critical topics in a timely manner with line management, stakeholders, and senior leadership. Communicate openly and timely, horizontally, and vertically to achieve transparency of project progress and mediate conflict resolution to achieve and aligned team position. Serve as a project team leader motivating and driving cross-functional team performance. Manage cross-functional team coordination, communications, and expectations throughout the project. Employ excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and negotiation skills with all levels of personnel and management to facilitate information flow between team and stakeholders. Collaborate in a matrix environment across cross-functional teams. Lead team to define and align on project scope based on customer needs and to translate them into traced requirements. Excellence/Continuous Improvement Lead other projects as needed. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management Body of Knowledge methodologies Improve processes to optimize performance and value over time Qualifications DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for his position. Bachelors/Master's degree in scientific discipline or equivalent. PMP certification or equivalent preferred Company/industry-related knowledge in medical device products preferred. Minimum of five to nine years in project management product development and commercialization activities in medical devices or similarly regulated industries required. Minimum of five to nine years in project management is required. Experience in program management of international and global development teams. Minimum of five years combined in diagnostics and/or medical device and/or pharmaceutical development. Excellent leadership and management skills with experience managing and leading people cross-functionally with varying levels of experience. Team player with ability to function and influence others in a multi-cultural matrix environment. Open communication style with strong verbal and written communication skills. Advance project management planning and tracking skills, capable of managing multiple projects with respect to priorities and self-management. Periodic travel to Integra locations, as well as travel to and attendance at medical device industry related events, design labs, and surgeon meetings.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
